29.4 pounds lost since October 3.
I can survive missing the 30 pound goal.
There’s always a new goal for a new year. More on that later.

Wow! Thirty is just a number – you have come so far!
thanks! I agree, but was really hoping I could hit that number. 🙂
I think it’s great that you lost 29.4 pounds. You should be proud of yourself. I wish you much success in reaching your goals in 2017.
Thanks, Ginny! I am working on what my goal should be – should I make it hard or achievable? 🙂 I am thinking it will be quarterly so I can adjust it. 🙂
Very impressive! Don’t beat yourself up. Celebrate those 29.4 pounds:)
Well done, you clever thing! Look what you did, you lost the equivalent of 4 healthy new born babies!
YOU LOST 4 NEW BORNS!!!
Well no, not really, actually lost four babies, per se .. but you achieved the same as that. I’d call that a RESULT!!!
I think you’re amazing. Way to go, Miss Salpal!
Oh …and … Happy New Year, pumpkin! ~ Cobs. x
lol you are funny. yes, I know it is a good accomplishment, and the 30 pound goal was made by me, so I can give it up. I think I will amend it to 29, and then I exceeded it!
Happy new year to you, too!
Awesommmne! I felt just a bit short on mine as well but let’s not let little numbers get us down!
