Friday list – tax season again!   7 comments

Very dull list today – I’ll be meeting one of my volunteers at the hardware store at 7, we will go to Milbridge and do tax returns all day, and then we will come home again and I will collapse.

I will NOT shovel, I don’t care how much snow there is.

  1. Yes, it has reached that point here too. I don’t care how much falls from the sky, it’s going to have to just sit there. I am not shoveling for the next three days. The high today is suppose to be 9 degrees.

    • woot woot – 9 degrees! Get the tank tops out! We gto about that warm today, and I got home before dark, so I know the days ARE getting longer, and it will warm up and the snow will melt. First we get more of course, but what the heck, I have a hairdryer someplace I can use to get rid of it once and for all. šŸ™‚

  2. Surely there is someone who is willing to shovel your snow in exchange for not having to experience the headache of doing their own taxes!

    • lol – but as I do free taxes three or four days a week, they can just come get them done, and not have to shovel! We just need to find a strong young fellow who wants to earn some money. But those guys only want to drive plow trucks, not actually shovel. šŸ™‚

  3. If you get snowed in you can spend more time reading and knitting?

    • yes indeed – but don’t forget the shoveling! Just watched the forecast, and we have a stationary front, so will have constant light to medium snow from now until Wednesday. Better than a giant dumping, but still discouraging and annoying.

  4. Just keep warm!
