Friday list – tax season again!

Very dull list today – I’ll be meeting one of my volunteers at the hardware store at 7, we will go to Milbridge and do tax returns all day, and then we will come home again and I will collapse.

I will NOT shovel, I don’t care how much snow there is.

  1. Yes, it has reached that point here too. I don’t care how much falls from the sky, it’s going to have to just sit there. I am not shoveling for the next three days. The high today is suppose to be 9 degrees.

    1. woot woot – 9 degrees! Get the tank tops out! We gto about that warm today, and I got home before dark, so I know the days ARE getting longer, and it will warm up and the snow will melt. First we get more of course, but what the heck, I have a hairdryer someplace I can use to get rid of it once and for all. 🙂

    1. lol – but as I do free taxes three or four days a week, they can just come get them done, and not have to shovel! We just need to find a strong young fellow who wants to earn some money. But those guys only want to drive plow trucks, not actually shovel. 🙂

    1. yes indeed – but don’t forget the shoveling! Just watched the forecast, and we have a stationary front, so will have constant light to medium snow from now until Wednesday. Better than a giant dumping, but still discouraging and annoying.

A Note From Abroad

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sailaway from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Mark Twain
