today on my needles

Yesterday, Zumba helped me with the blue cardigan

Today, no one helped me with the blue scarf.

I fear we will grow sick of these two projects before they are finished… so I might go stash diving to see what I can come up with.  I have had warm mittens on my mind lately, I wonder why?

  1. Kate Davies just posted a wonderful pair of mittens called Jazz Hands on her post today. I know they are calling my name, maybe you will like them too. I meant to ask, have you been following the knitted jewelry on the Knitted Art blog? You might want to pop in and look through some of the pictures.

    1. thanks! I am ALMOST to the underarm of the sweater, which will mean things go faster after that – the pattern has me knitting both fronts and back all in one LOOOOOONG section. I’ll be glad to be done with it.

A Note From Abroad

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sailaway from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Mark Twain
