CAL Week 11   11 comments

Not a very exciting post – I was so busy last week, I forgot to take row by row photos, which I KNOW make it much more exciting, lol.
week 11 complete

I am farther along on this project than I thought – the blanket is now as long as the couch. I’ll do this week’s rows, and then start figuring out a border. It will be plenty long enough to snuggle under while inspecting the insides of my eyelids this winter.

When it is done, I will have no reason not to get yarn to make another one, right? 🙂 But first, I have to crochet a baby blanket. For that, I will be using the star stitch, which I am so happy to have learned – I have a blanket pattern that is all star, with lousy instructions, so I thought it was hard to do. Now I know how to do it, it is NOT hard, and I will be using it!

  1. I love your star stitch in the variegated yarn, the purple and blues look so fresh.

  2. It’s looking good. I need to tackle weeks 11 and 12 this weekend.

  3. I am sure I have said this before but it will be amazing. I am quite jealous.

  4. Looking fabulous!
